They also reported that sales of BlackBerries worldwide amounted to 14.1 million which represents an increase of 33% over the second quarter and all thanks to the commercialization of new handsets with BlackBerry 7.

There are already 75 million customers BLACKBERR and in the world, one third more than last year, this quarter there was a 24% increase in revenue over the previous one. These data seem very positive, but really the gains have not been so good and have dropped significantly compared to last year.

Mike Lazaridis announced that for now are still awaiting the arrival of a new generation of dual-core processors before placing on the market 10 on BlackBerry Smartphones. This statement is somewhat confusing since there is currently a good supply of chipsets on the market.
